RSEF1002 - file system I/O error

I just got a new PC, and installed WDSC 6.0.1 with all of the fixes. now 
I'm getting the following error at times when I try to compile or save a 
source member. The message is: 
RSEF1002 - file system I/O error

Clicking on the details button displays the following text:
Message reported from file system: Member FEBLP/QSRC(LSMUL5) can not be 
saved on PROD.FIDELITYEXPRESS.COM. The member is locked by job QRWTSRVR

If i bring up RSE view, disconnect from the iSeries, and reconnect, then I 
can save/compile the member. No one else is changing the member. This 
didn't happen on the old PC.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
