Help - Compile commands not working

I'm not sure what I did, but somehow I activated something with the Team
profile and now the compile commands are not working.

Before I had the following:  Compile  > Compile > CRTBNDRPG

CRTRPGMOD

Now I have :     Compile > Compile > Team      >
                                                     GENEB  >
                                                     private    >
CRTBNDRPG

CRTRPGMOD

When I take the CRTBNDRPG option against a source member, nothing happens.
The program is not compiled, no error list is returned, and checking the
batch programs running on the system shows nothing regarding that program.
I have no idea what I did to cause this.
Does anyone know what I might have changed to cause these profiles to show
up?
What could I possibly have changed to stop the compile commands from
working?
