Right-click /COPY

Why is it I have to do this:

Click on the /COPY line
Pause [tic]
Then right click to get the context menu to allow /COPY... Edit?
Why can I have my cursor on line 23, then right-click on line 4 that contains
the /COPY statement and have the /COPY menu option appear? Sometimes I feel
like, hmmm, its not letting me get there today...
