Did IBM change the defaults?

To all,

When I try to update using de Rational product Updater with
'Preferences\UpdateSites\Restore Default', I get the message
Invalid update site url for IBM WebSphere Development Studio Client for
iSeries:
http://www3.software.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/websphere/iseries/wdsc600/update

Did IBM change the defaults??
