Try to Verify with prompt, and select refresh cache.
The refresh your outline view.

Hi folks,

In both the Outline and when I do a verify, I get a message saying
"External description is not available" for one of my files.  If I expand
Library List, I can drill down and find the file there.

Only one file out of eight has this problem, the other seven are fine.
