Someone I know had this problem and IBM said it was a problem related to
the jvm.  I can't remember too clearly but if I recall, the suggestion was
to update the jvm path or something in the system variables.

We are having a problem loading Version 6 on a new computer.  It appears
to load OK until you open  RSE and there is no text on the buttons or in
the windows making it impossible to use
