WDSCi 6.0 Interim fix 004, Windows XP. Fresh install followed immediately by fix packs.

Trying the plugin development cheat sheet. When I do Windows, Preferences, Target Platform, I get these messages:

Warning Mar 02, 2007 10:02:43.00 Problems encountered while PDE was scanning the Target Platform
Error occurred processing file rbafz.xml.

Expanding the first error gives me a slew of messages like:
Info Mar 02, 2007 10:02:43.00 This plug-in (located at "C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\SDP\6.0\rse\eclipse\plugins\com.ibm.etools.systems.core.nl1_6.3.0") was ignored because another version of the same plug-in (located at "C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\SDP\6.0\rse\eclipse\plugins\com.ibm.etools.systems.core.nl1_6.4.1") was picked

Using Windows Explorer, I can see that I have multiple versions of virtually every folder. So, for instance I have

com.ibm.etools.workbench.tutorial.doc_6.0.0
com.ibm.etools.workbench.tutorial.doc_6.0.0.1
com.ibm.etools.workbench.tutorial.doc_6.0.1

Sure enough, I get a pair of messages telling me that the older versions weren't selected. What's the recommendation for dealing with these messages? I could manually delete the older folders but that would take a pile of work because the newest folder isn't always _6.0.1. Do I just disregard the errors? And what's the deal with rbafz.xml? Google never heard of it. I have a feeling a reload is in my future.
