So what I did instead was to just create a brand new WAS profile to use. If you click on Window/Preferences/Server/Websphere, you can then click on the Create Profile button to create a brand new server which will then go out and find the new PC name. Then when you're done, export your project as an EAR file. Switch Workspace. Create a new folder/project. In the new project environment, create a new WAS 6.0 server using the new profile you just created. And then you should be able to import the EAR file you just created in the previous step and you should be good to go. You have 2 options, you can double click on your server and change the connection type to SOAP, which is not name sensitive.
