Debug view - shortcut key strangeness

Hi all,

I can't seem to find any details about this in the archives or on Google. 
I've noticed recently that hitting the F5 and F6 keys in the debug view 
does not work anymore.  Thinking that perhaps the key bindings had 
changed, I found the 'Stepping through a program' page in the RSE help: 
Debugging Applications -> Debugging iSeries applications -> Controlling 
program execution and running to location -> Stepping through a program. 
In the help page it says to step over, I should:

"Do one of the following: 
    - Click the Step over button (<button image>) in the Debug view 
toolbar.
    - Select Run > Step Over from the workbench menu bar.
    - Press F6"

The button works fine.  I don't see the Step Over option under the Run 
menu, and F6 doesn't work.  I also checked the key assignment under 
Window->Preferences:Workbench->Keys.  I'm at a loss as to where to proceed 
from here.  Any ideas?
