There is more than one "cache" have you unchecked the "use cached
information to restore the Remote Systems view" on the remote systems
preference?

Thanks,

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Filtered Library List on Start-Up

I am experiencing an annoying behavior in WDSc: Whenever I start it up,

a list of libraries (based upon a filter) displays in the RSE pane, but
the list includes libraries that have long since been whacked. Running
Refresh pulls up only the current libraries on the system that match the

filter.

I searched in the preferences under both Workbench and RSE but couldn't
find anything that sounded remotely like it would fix it. I did see the

"Clear Cache" buttons and pressed them, but to no avail (i.e., I
restarted WDSc after clearing cache). [By the way, is there more than
one cache? I did, as I said, see the "Clear" button in more than one
place. Just curious.]

I even installed the latest updates (I was a couple of months behind),
but no joy in Mudville.

Like I said, it's just annoying because, unless Microsoft forces me to
reboot my PC (or does it for me sometimes - how quaint), I start WDSc on

Monday and don't shut it down until I get ready to leave on Friday (or
whatever).
