In that case I think SAVE AS option should be removed. When somebody uses 
SAVE AS then that person obviously expects the member description also to 
be copied.

In my mind, the easiest thing to do is do a File->Save As.  That will
leave the original source and create a new source member for the new
source (it does not copy over the source member text).

The other method would be to right-click on the source member in the
Table view and PDM Options->Copy To.  This is quite similar to the PDM
copy.
