Thanks,

I'm just going by what I was told, they are going to install it this weekend
during the normal PTF window.

Duane,

I have double checked. PTF SI2280 is for V5R2 and NOT V5R4.

Li,

SI22840 is not applied, The sysadmin said it was a V5R4 PTF, but she
would
attempt to apply it anyway this weekend.

Duane,

Can you check whether latest WDSC debugger PTF has been applied or
not
? Right click on "iSeries Objects" subsystem and select "Verify
Connection..."
The debugger V5R2 PTF is SI22840.

Thanks,

[WDSCI-L] WDSC debug performing incorrectly

When running the test program
http://code.midrange.com/index.php?id=b0c2da7bf7 the %Str bif returns
only
the first character of the null terminated string into the varying length
character variable "string" but returns all the expected data into the
fixed
length character variable "stringx". Using strdbg from a 5250 session the
code works as expected.

I am running Version: 6.0.1 Build id: 20050725_1800 against a V5R2M0
System
