Young & Bob,

In the following example even if I type 8283, it would not point to the 
line below it will point to the different line number, it will point to 
the 82 thousand and 83rd line in the program. This is because some lines 
are sequenced like below and some are sequenced by incrementing the 
decimal part of the line number like 
528601 
528602
528603 etc.


528200  C                     MOVE 'N'       CD1ASW  1
528300  C                     MOVE *ZEROS    WSEQNB  50
528400  C                     CALL GEN121    GN0121
528500  C                     MOVE 'Y'       GENCK   1

The line number in the LPEX editor does not include the 00 at the end, so 
to go to statement 528300, just enter 5283 as the line number.
