After that press the right arrow key and then press the left arrow key until you have the view sized the way you want it at which point you press enter.

not, you should be able to adjust its width. You adjust the width by dragging the right edge. You can also right-click the tab and select Size from the popup menu. Previously, I could resize any of my Fast Views. Now I can resize all of them except for Remote Systems.
