I noticed that spool files generated from RPG programs and TURNOVER look
great but the spool files generated from COBOL has an extra space in
between.

David,

Can you backup the cache folder before you delete it. Depending on the
error message I may ask you to zip it up and send it to me for analysis.

1. Start WDSC, collapse the entire RSE tree view, restart WDSC and try

No luck :(

2. If that didn't work, then try to clear the cache, restart WDSC and
try
to connect.

I get the same error (RSEF8002U) when I clicked on the button to clear
the cache in the Remote Systems -> File Cache panel.
