When I do this in the LPEX editor I get all these errors but it works fine 
in SEU.  What's the deal.

     C                   EVAL      %SUBSTR(#IND:70:6)  = '001000'  
RNF0604E The token is not valid; token is ignored. 
RNF0955E Item is not valid as the left-hand side of an EVAL operation
RNF5347E An assignment operator is expected with the EVAL operation.
