Got the help problem fixed. Our local network guru said that it was
because the help was using a port that was not allowed. Timing is
everything.

Good idea. However I'm not sure how to do that...

When I go to HELP, I get a "The page cannot be displayed" message. I
think this started happening after I put the new upgrade on - 6.x.x.3??
I'd sure like to get my help back...
