Software Update options no longer available

Anyone:

I posted a message with this subject last week, but have had no responses,
so I'll try one last time...

Under Help-->Software Updates, the only option I have is "IBM Rational
Product Updater".  The other two options ("Find and Install" and "Manage
Configuration") have disappeared.  I know that all 3 options were there
prior to last week.  There is a 2nd PC here with WDSc and it has all 3
options on it.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?  I checked the WDSc archives but didn't
see anything.

My operating system is at V5R4 and WDSc is at Version: 6.0.1 Build id:
20050725_1800.
