Thanks Violaine, I had already tried clearing the cache from Remote systems, iseries, cache. On restarting WDSc I could access my filters again. Looking at my 2 workspaces together, I noticed that in the iseries command log window, the type of commande was batch in the workspace that would not compile. I chose Normal and now I can compile again, although I don't fully understand why. I'm not sure which of the 3 points of yours I've done : which cache did I clear ? The iSeries I think. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Violaine Batthish" <batthish@xxxxxxxxxx> To: "Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries" <wdsci-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Cc: "Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries" <wdsci-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx>; <wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, November 30, 2006 1:51 PM Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] Compiling RPG, Outline view
Hi David, Don't forget to try the following: 1. Clear the iSeries cache 2. Clear the file cache 3. Restart the workbench thanks, Violaine Batthish WebSphere Development Studio Client, IBM Toronto Lab wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx wrote on 11/30/2006 03:07:34 AM:Thanks for all the advice, but I don't have the possibility to install anything. That's up to the administrator. In the meantime, my first workspace seems to have broken. When I expand
a
connection in RSE its slow, when I expand the filter WDSc tries toconnectand just loops until I kill the programme. I have another workspace that is fine. Any ideas how to fix the first one, or how can I transport my
connections
and/or pools/filters to the second workspace ?-- This is the Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries (WDSCI-L)
