But V5.1 IS supposed to compile RPGs and do outline views isn't it?

It's not that bad of an install.. it's just the updates that take a 

while

to download.  All I did was kick off the updates and go home.  Come in
next day, and voila... done.

The message from the management is that the resources needed to 

install

the

new version are not available at this time. That means he ain't got 

the

time

to do it.

I bring my little one into the office with me on a Saturday and do it
myself.  The little guy writes on the white board, zooms trucks down the
empty cube halls and whoops it up without Mum or Dad telling him to pipe
down :-)
