First update upon install

Hey All,

My company is installing WDSCi 6.0 on all the developer PC's but we are finding 
that even though we download and run the update against the zip file in the 
C:\temp folder it doesnt take. The install seems to run fine but when we go 
back into the updater it wants to update from scratch which we do but takes a 
long time (4-6 hours). Whats up with this, can someone help.
