Yes.
That was the first thing I tried.
It works fine in the Remote Systems Perspective, and *was* working fine
in the iSeries Editing Perspective until earlier this morning.

I was in the Debug Perspective, and then switched back to the editing 
perspective, and the Remote systems view is now maximized at full 
screen, and I can not find a way to make it smaller.

Have you tried double clicking on the heading tab?
