It's been a while, but I think I had to manually set this when I installed CoDE. Something along the lines of: Windows->Preferences->Workbench->File Associations. Then, find *.dspf, click Add, then find the CoDE Designer executable. It's called codedsu.exe, but I'm not exactly sure what the rest of the path is.
