Print Queue

Hi All:     Does anyone know if there is a way to associate a specific
iSeries print queue with a WDSCI connection. When I compile or debug I
want the output to go to a certain print queue on the iSeries. When I
run a compile or debug a program, I know there is printer output but I
have no idea where it's going. I tried looking in help but a search
gives me pages of info that doesn't relate. Can any one help or give me
a link that could explain what I have to do to set this up?
