Okay - good to know.  Thanks for the info.  I think everyone is at 6.0.1 
or greater.

Have you checked whether or not they have refresh cache enabled?

Not specifically.  It seems that creating a new workspace solves the 
problem, but I can see how that could also eliminate some problems related 
to caching.  Should refresh cache be enabled, or not?
