comment/uncomment lines in RSE? -- WDSCI-L

Please tell me there is a way to highlight a block of lines in a Cobol 
program and perform a group comment or uncomment of those lines. I was 
expecting it to show up in the "Selected" context menu but it's not there. 
Is there a way?
