Okay, ptfs are installed.  But I still have this

If you don't know which PTF - right click on the
your connection and select
"Verify Connection" from the pop-up menu.  That will
give you the product
numbers and PTFs needed.  

Don't worry if the callbacks at the end of the list
fail - in V6 they should
have taken the test out.
