You can install CODE separately. I did it a couple of times. It comes on a
separate CD.

We have a few installs of wdsc 6.0 without the CODE tools.  Can the CODE
tools be installed to a pc that already has 6.0 installed?  Or do we have
to do a complete reinstall?
