This is the jobd used for that server job:

QZBSJOBD     QSYS        Client Access Host Server Job Description

You could reduce the message logging level.  IBM's setting is 4 so
everthing gets logged.
As Jim mentioned, you might loose important information should the joblog
need to be
used to debug a problem

Check the logging level of the job description listed at top of job log.
Just be careful you may lose important info needed to debug a problem
by reducing info in job log.
