Hi Richard,

This is a known problem with the French CCSIDs and RSE (there should be
some posts in the archives with the auto-uppercasing in the parser)
APAR SE26991 was opened to track the auto-uppercasing issue.  I've opened
APAR SE26972 to track the RSE issue.
