Thanks, Aaron. That's definitely one of the biggest advantages of going with an independent like Jon and Susan or me: tailored courses. I go out of my way to make sure the course is specifically tailored for an individual company's needs. I also like to make sure that we do lots of hands-on with the goal being a pilot (or at least a proof of concept) of what they're trying to accomplish, so that they don't just get a bunch of head knowledge without having hands-on knowledge as well. We had them both on-site (at different times for different needs) at my previous employer and they tailored the training to exactly what we asked for instead of getting something canned off the shelf.
