Adam,

I had tried the "+" and got a pop-up titled: "Monitor Expression." Since
I didn't have an expression to monitor, I just cancelled it. I wish I knew
how to get variables to display in the "Variables" tab, instead of the
monitor tab.

Also, what does the "Show Type Names" button do?

Adam,

I guess the terminology of "monitor" is confusing.

Do you mean that I misunderstood your question, or that you had trouble
finding the add button because it was labelled in a non-intuitive way?

The shortcut key for 'Step Return' is F7. F5=Step into. F6=Step over.

Thanks - I could have sworn that didn't work for me at one point or
another. Maybe an old version or something.
