Joe, 800-IBM-SERV is how I get there, by voice. However I normally create my pmr's via the web. Really tired of phone operator flunkies only entering in every third word. And, by golly, if I get a typo (CPF1234 vs CPF1324) I want it to be my own fault. After entering the PMR, then I call in via the 800# and ask for an update on an existing pmr. That's often quicker than waiting for the call back. For some reason people tend to answer the phone before replying to email. Only rarely do I then get a "how may I help you?" Of which I normally reply one of 2 ways: "Let me read the PMR for you" or "Resolve this issue". https://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/set2/ssr/slprob Rob Berendt
