The PHP-IDE project by Zend/IBM essentially requires Eclipse 3.2 with the
WebTools 1.5 to run.  If you need to work within WDSC, there's a plugin
called PHPEclipse at http://www.phpeclipse.de

I have WDSC updated with iFix2  I tried to install a plugin for PHP & 
configuration errors were reported & I can't install the plugin.  Any 
assistance is appreciated.  I'd like to get these errors resolved so I 
can install the PHP plugin.  Below are the error details:
