I am on 6.0.1 and am having the same problem communicating to V5R3. To the best of my knowledge nothing has changed on the system, but I can't debug. It worked just fine earlier today. I have rebooted my PC and restarted the DBGSVR. Neither thing worked. On 8/10/05, chris beck <cbeck@xxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:
We recently upgraded two of our machines to V5R3, and ever since then on when I try to debug a RPG program I get a "Error:(316) Communications Failure". I am able to debug a CL just fine. I have tried it on both 5.1.2.4 and 5.1.2.5, and I also tried creating a new workspace and it had no effect. Any Suggestions?
