AFAIK, the only interface action is the 'Accept/Reject' parm indicator.

Well that would definitely explain the blank message then :)   I am not 
that familiar with the interface for DDM exit programs as to comment on 
what can or cannot be done; so my apologies if there was any implications 
that a DDM exit program could do something it can't.

Sorry Tom - I haven't a clue.  I have seen this interface report error
messages - but perhaps that's probably just from the DDM component.  All I
know is that in this case the message returned from the connection attempt
was blank.  This apparently occurred because the exit program rejected the
connection.

I'll copy Don on this in case he can elaborate.
