Hi Lee, I found the following information you can try: There is likely some left-behind data at <windows-install-dir>\ibm\rat60 (eg. C:\windows\ibm\rat60). Such data may be causing the current error. (Data left behind from a un-install?) If there shouldn't be any other currently-installed products using RPU or Rational (whatever ...) , you could chance renaming this directory to hide it for the WDSC install. (Which will start a new one.)
