I checked out the ProggyCleanTTSZBP and found it still to be too small. I scrolled further down the site (http://proggyfonts.com/ ) and grabbed the Crisp true type font. Now that is what I am talking about! At size 12 it is just right. Going to 14 blurs it. I like the fact that I can distinguish a zero(0) from an uppercase O or from a one(1) from a lowercase L(l). I seem to encounter problems with those issues all the time with the default Courier New font.
