I have opened APAR SE26010 to track the two CL problem you have submitted
to me.


Michael,
You had also submitted a couple of issues.  One was the same problem that
Craig submitted regarding formatting being incorrect for the PGM statement,
the other was about record length.
I was not able to reproduce any problem with record length.  CL formatter
queries the record length from the file for the member, except when editing
local file when it defaults to 120.  Did you see a message indicating that
lines would be truncated?  If you didn't then the CL formatter was likely
behaving correctly.
