Tim,

Do you have anything in your connection string to specify the type of
naming convention?  By default I believe it is SQL (lib.file) but others
on the list have added parameters to the connection string so that the
default naming convention is system (lib/file).  If you have modified
the connection string you might try removing that parameter to see if it
helps.
