XML tools suggestion

I'm using XML tools for the first time today, and they are really quite 
handy.  I've got a suggestion to improve the XML Schema editor.  It would 
be great if changing the name of a user-defined type also changed the name 
of that type in any elements that reference the type, sort of like the 
'refactor' functionality of the Java editor.
