LPEX is packaged, in this version (things have a tendency to change 
every release...), with RWD/RAD.  So LPEX ifixes, when any are pending, 
get incorporated into RWD/RAD ifixes.  As they are usually 'low-key' 
regular maintenance, they don't get documented.
