Multiple outlines, list of outlines

There are 3 capabilities I would like to see added to the outline view:

1. The ability to "list" the available outlines and display, in a sub window
similar to the multiple source views, a selected outline. 

2. The ability to "group" outlines by service program/program similar to the
filtering of libraries/files/members.

3. The ability to build outlines to a centralized location (for production
code in our case) in batch which all WDSCi users can get to.


Any feedback or suggestions from other WDSCi users/developers on these
requests would be welcome.
