stopping WAS 6.0 server in debug mode hangs wdsc sometimes -- WDSCI-L

Sometimes when I stop the WAS server when in debug mode, it hangs wdsc.  It
seems to happen when there is a reason why I want to restart the server -
such as a 500 error after a source change.

Has anyone experienced this?  And is there a solution?  I have to kill wdsc
and then restart it.
