Thanks Vern, I see it now. But it's not in an intuitive place or where
I'd
look for it. I have to look two places, one to see what member and one to

see the mode. Heck I've been using this product for over a year and I've
never noticed it.

 I'd rather see the red circle with the line through it, over the pencil
icon, as that would be much more efficient in telling me the member is
unavailable for edit.
