A lot of people have been getting this. I get it after installing any
update to any plugin. The remedy I have settled on that works best is to
find the "eclipse" folder for your WDSC install. This would be something
like:

C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\SDP\6.0\eclipse

In that folder is a folder named "configuration". Open it.

Then delete the folders named "org.eclipse.osgi" and "org.eclipse.update".

Then restart WDSC. It will take a little longer to start but then the
problem will be resolved.

The two folders you are deleting contain cached configuration information.
Deleting the folders, causes WDSC to reevaluate all of the installed
plugins, which seems to resolve the problem.
