Joe,

Thanks for bringing this back up.  I, too, have some serious issues with 
the speed of the verify.  I have some COBOL programs (similar problems 
with RPG) where the verify takes several minutes (sometimes more like 
15-20 minutes) to complete.  A compile completes within a minute or so. 
Hence, I quit using the verify since I went to WDSC.  I loved it in CODE 
where it was virtually instantaneous.
