another RSEF1002E error again

Dear all

I opened up a source member to do edit; when tried to save the changes,
I hit this.

Detail message read "Message reported from file system: socket closed
(code=0)"

Anyone know what is causing this?

      not much help to offer, as I have done a number of installs using
the
DVD without any problems, but the one time I had to install using the
CD's,
it took three attempts as I got stuck on CD 4 as well.
Never figured out the problem just kept trying and eventually it worked.

Anybody else having trouble installing WDSc 6.0?  I have been using
5.1.2 for quite some time.  Having acquired the CDs for WDSc, and tried
to install it.  The install abended in the middle of CD #4 for reasons
unknown.
