Mixed results between PDM and Rational

For whatever reason I am getting mixed results between successfully
compiling a source member in PDM, and verifying that same source member
in Rational 6.0.1. 

The Rational verifier is giving me an error message RNF1324 Keywords
DFTACTGRP, ACTGRP, or USRPRF are not allowed. I am using both DFTACTRP
and ACTGRP in the source member.

Could there be a filter or a global preference that I am not setting?
