When I start WDSC the filters in the RSE view are not displaying the
contents of the objects accurately. The filters display source files in
my library with the ones I am working in expanded to show the source
members. The list of source members doesn't display alphabetically and
contains source members that don't exist in the source file anymore.
Today, one of the source file lists contained a source member from
another source file. Right clicking and refreshing corrects the problem
and it's fine for the remainder of the day. The next morning I do it
all over again.

I'm running 6.0 with the latest updates but I'm pretty sure I had this
issue with 5.1.2 also.

In preferences workspace, Refresh workspace automatically is checked;
workspace -> startup and shutdown, Refresh workspace on startup is
checked; Remote Systems, Re-open Remote Systems view to previous state
is checked and I checked Use cached information to restore Remote
Systems View a day or two ago.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Rick,

I thought I did until I read your paragraph on 'preferences.' I was having the same or similar problem until I checked the "Refresh workspace on startup". Now it works fine. I'm also on 6.0.1 at Build 20050725_1800.

I'm guessing that you restarted WDSc. The only other thing that I remember doing was to run the "Clear Cache" options; I think there were at least two [2] of those: One in the Remote Systems...File Cache, can't find the other one now.
